Everything was soooo cheap! It was fun to haggle over prices especially since the people were so friendly. We went Island hopping one day and it was great! Our guide was super friendly and brought us to some lovely snorkelling spots. My husband got seasick, unfortunately, so we had to return early and the guide was great about getting us back quickly.

Went shopping by the center of town -- but did not really find much to buy. The trike ride back and forth was certainly an experience.

Beautiful island, the sand is as white and as fine as they claim. Stay at Friday's end of the beach if you want to be quiet, or stay right in Central Boracay for more activity and social life. Massages on the beach and cocktails at your favourite beach front bar whilst admiring the sunset are a must! True Food Indian restaurant and Nigi Noo's bar should be tried, the market is fun for shoppers.

Stayed at  Red Coconut Beach Resort-Boracay - Boracay (Aklan), Philippines.
We actually had a pre-arranged tour from Manila via Cebu and ending at Boracay. So Boracay for us was just to relax before travelling to Hong Kong and England. Therefore snorkelling and Island hopping was the most we did in Boracay. All the restaurants that we ate had good food, we especially like buying seafood and having it cooked for us at the market.
